tweeted [Ubiquity Command]
March 3rd, 2009 by masukomi

As some of you know I’ve been having tons of fun hacking up commands for Ubiquity as of late. Well, I thought some of you might be interested my “tweeted” command, which brings up the latest tweets from your timeline so that you don’t have to hop over to Twitter.com or switch out of your browser to bring up some desktop app.

Just type in tweeted and give it a second to grab your info from Twitter. If you’re not logged in it’ll give you a login prompt.

[Update] Seems I should have done some more googling before writing this. twtplus does the same thing and more. That’s ok, I had fun writing it anyway and learned along the way.

Note: before clicking on the subscribe button at the top (if you’ve got Ubiquity installed) please make sure you’ve loaded this page from the permalink ( http://weblog.masukomi.org/2009/03/03/tweeted-ubiquity-command ) not http://weblog.masukomi.org so that Ubiquity gets the correct url for its subscription.

If you’re interested in improving it (it’s just simple JavaScript and HTML) please grab the source from the GitHub repo.
