I just bought the 2009 Honda Metroploitan on Saturday, and I've put 75 miles on it in 48 hours. I absolutely love it!

I rode around a few Vespas before making up my mind, but eventually decided that with the downtown riding that I'm doing, I don't need to go the speed that the Vespas allow, and I don't need to spend that money! A new Vespa is running about $6,000 right now.

I bought the Metropolitan brand new for around $2,100. This includes the 3yr warranty, and all of my accessories (helmet, lock, etc). I bought it at Dutrow's Honda in Frederick, MD. I would recommend them and the scooter to anyone!

Good and very detailed review! Thanks. Have always loved scooters. Now, if only I can get one here in Singapore... :)
