An Open Letter to Moto GP Organizers
July 29th, 2009 by masukomi

As a U.S. fan I am very grateful for every opportunity we have to watch a Moto GP race in person. However, while I can be at the upcoming race at the Indianapolis Speedway, and find the price reasonable, I will not attend, for the simple fact that it’s a crap track for Moto GP. I have no desire to watch those talented riders drive around an oval with none of the twists and turns that make motorcycle riding, and racing, so much fun.

I realize that the US doesn’t have a lot in the way of good tracks, but I’d rather it be Laguna Seca and nothing, than Laguna Seca and a boring oval.
